Adam has been providing psychological support to professional, international adolescent and county golfers for several years. Additionally, Adam has  published over 30 scientific papers in international journals on stress and  has written two books.   Adam can teach golfers the most up-to-date coping techniques to combat stress on the golf course. This involves a two-pronged approach to managing stress: Part 1: Enhancing the awareness of golfers stress and coping experiences and Part 2: Teaching a wide range of coping strategies which can be monitored through diverse techniques such as interviews, questionnaires, diaries, and think aloud protocols. These theory driven and techniques will enable golfers to excel when under immense pressure for many years to come.  
 
His latest book, book Focused for Rugby is co-authored by Jon Callard, and will be on sale from 2011.
