Owen has worked with English Golf Union for the past four years covering National Junior Boys Squads and is the current England U16 boys’ squad psychologist. In addition, Owen works with four of the regional boys under 18 squads. Owen is also a sport psychologist to the English Ladies Golf working with the North Select squad. Owen also has wide ranging experience of working in other sports at international and national level including field hockey, rugby football union (including the RFU), and sailing. Owen underpins his applied work with a client centred philosophy based on generating independent, autonomous players with a mentally tough attitude when under pressure.
